Complete Consent Forms, Review health history and establish Care.
You can choose either Hormone focus (Labcorp Draw), Thyroid Focus (Labcorp Draw) or Test at Home- Biobox or DUTCH options
Results are reviewed with you during a scheduled phone consultation.

You’re always welcome to come sit with me on my cozy office sofa and talk through everything for an hour. Or meet face to face for a sixty minute telehealth appointment.
But if that feels more stressful than helpful, I get it. Sometimes we just want action.
Start With Labs is a clear, efficient way to begin: you complete an intake, we run targeted labs, and we review results together with practical recommendations.
Start with Labs uses upfront, transparent, discounted self-pay prices. No surprise fees.
Start With Labs is a great fit if you:
If you prefer a full, conversational visit first, you can book a comprehensive consult instead.
Once your results are available, I will review them and then release them to you at the time of our scheduled phone consultation. During this call, we will go over your results in detail and discuss potential next steps.
This program provides focused interpretation and guidance. Ongoing Care plans , treatments or comprehensive management can be scheduled separately if desired.
Prefer not to schedule a call? An asynchronous written results review via secure EHR messaging is available for select patients and straightforward results. If results are complex or require shared decision-making, a phone consultation will be recommended.

Are you a complex case or prefer a deep dive into your hormone and cortisol levels?
A DUTCH Complete Collection Kit will be sent to your home with detailed instructions.
For the woman who wants to explore her hormonal health in great detail, has already had primary blood work and/or hormone blood tests and nothing was found, or prior treatment was unsuccessful, we offer the advanced diagnostic DUTCH Complete test.
DUTCH complete hormone testing evaluates hormone balance, metabolism, and stress physiology in greater detail. This test can be helpful in complex cases involving perimenopause, PMDD, fertility concerns, or persistent fatigue when standard labs do not fully explain symptoms.
The DUTCH Complete does not replace foundational blood testing. It does not evaluate thyroid function, blood counts, nutrient levels, cholesterol, blood sugar, or organ function. (If you are looking for a well rounded, complete health option, choose Option C plus the add-ons).
Rather than screening for disease, the DUTCH Complete does evaluate hormone patterns, stress response rhythms, and estrogen detoxification pathways to help explain persistent symptoms that may not appear on routine bloodwork.
Program fee: $75
DUTCH Complete Test: $375
Total program cost: $450
