Early Pregnancy Reassurance & Integrative Support $175
Early pregnancy can feel both exciting and uncertain—especially in those first few weeks before establishing ongoing prenatal care. This visit is designed to provide both medical clarity and emotional reassurance, so you feel supported from the very beginning.
This integrative visit also establishes care with me, allowing for ongoing support throughout your journey, including lactation, newborn care, and women’s health beyond pregnancy.

- Two reassurance ultrasounds (approximately one week apart)
- Two HCG lab draws to evaluate pregnancy progression
- Comprehensive intake review (completed in advance)
- Targeted integrative lab panel to support early pregnancy

During this time, we will also address common early pregnancy symptoms such as:

- Hormonal shifts
Supportive options, including medications and supplements may be prescribed to help you feel as well as possible.
Ultrasound Options
I offer both transvaginal and abdominal ultrasounds to:

✨ Estimate gestational age
✨ Evaluate heartbeat and viability
✨ Assess early pregnancy concerns
For best visualization, ultrasounds are typically most informative at 6 weeks gestation or later.

Establishing care through this visit allows you to continue with:
- Lactation support (prenatal and postpartum)
- Newborn and infant care guidance
- Ongoing women’s and integrative health visits
This creates a seamless, supportive experience—so you don’t have to start over with a new provider at each stage.

Early Pregnancy Monitoring
If you would like to trend your HCG numbers to assure they are rising, repeat blood draws are available in-office for $25 per visit, or can be ordered to be drawn at any LabCorp location. (Laboratory cost billed through insurance).
If you have experienced prior pregnancy loss, you might consider my more extensive Fertility & Reproductive Health workup ($150)
Progesterone Management Program $75
If testing shows low progesterone during pregnancy, my Progesterone Management Program offers individualized care to support early and ongoing pregnancy.
I use targeted testing and thoughtful progesterone supplementation to help support pregnancy and reduce complications when appropriate.
Treatment plans are based on a combination of clinical best practices utilizing the Modified Progesterone Support Protocol and your personal preferences, including the form, dose, and length of therapy. I prioritize informed, shared decision-making and ongoing support throughout your pregnancy.
Includes a medical history review, progesterone lab testing, evaluation of results, and prescription of bioidentical progesterone (injections, oral capsules, or vaginal suppositories) when indicated. A personalized dosing plan and follow-up care are included. Available via telehealth or in-office.
Repeat labs can be drawn at any LabCorp location for no additional charge, or in-office at Happy Hearts Women's Health for $25 per visit. (Initial blood-draw is included in first visit if in-office)
