If your visit is through telehealth, you'll receive the same compassionate, comprehensive care.

What is the process and what is included in the package
Step One: Comprehensive Review of Your Health History
I review:
- Current symptoms
- All medications and supplements
- Prior lab results
- Diagnoses (past and present)
- Pregnancy and postpartum history
- Cycle patterns
- Stress and lifestyle

- Mental and emotional health
I identify patterns — not just problems.
Medication & Supplement Reconciliation

- Is something being treated that may have a common root?
- Are we layering medications without clarity?
Strategic Lab Evaluation
We may assess:
- Metabolic markers
- Thyroid function (expanded when needed)
- Iron studies
- Vitamin D and B12
- Hormone balance
- Inflammatory markers
- Insulin resistance
In-office lab collection is available, and included in bundled package price
Step Two: Unified Plan of Care
You will receive:
- Premium, customized Plan of Care
- Follow up detailed review to discuss your care plan via Telehealth or phone
- A clear summary of your current symptoms and goals
- Lab results and interpretation
- Medications ordered/refilled if needed
- Prescribed supplements
- Nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle guidance

- 60-minute in-depth consultation
- Complete medication and health history review
- In-office lab draw or lab order sent to your preferred site
- Structured follow-up appointment for review of Comprehensive, personalized care plan
The Process
Consultation
I will thoroughly review your health history, current and past symptoms, and learn about your goals with treatment.
I will order a comprehensive laboratory panel to assure there are no other underlying concerns. Labs may be drawn same day, in-office!
Customized Plan
Receive your customized plan based on your goals, diagnoses, and personal preferences. Most plans include nutrition and lifestyle guidance, supplement support, medications as needed.

Follow Up
I will follow up closely to observe lab values, symptom improvement, and reassess your next treatment. I hope to be your partner in your health and wellness for a good while to come!
