Hereditary Cancer Risk Assessment

Happy Hearts Women's Health offers screening, counseling, and testing to diagnose hereditary cancer syndromes for women with a family or personal history of breast, ovarian, and uterine cancers.

Certain gene mutations are passed on among families that put patients at a significant risk for development of cancer in their lifetime. A simple blood sample for BRCA testing and Lynch Testing can determine whether a patient has these mutations so that proactive steps can be taken to reduce their cancer risk or even to prevent cancer from developing altogether in themselves and/or their family members.

Appointment Cost: $25, includes in office blood draw

After the results of your quiz have been evaluated, she will contact you to schedule a consultation visit to discuss your specific risks. We see the prevention and early detection of these cancers as a fundamental part of our mission to provide women the absolute best care possible, and we look forward to working with you on this critically important project.
