Please note that care must be performed at the time of visit. If you need to return for other testing, follow ups, blood draws, etc, it will be considered a separate (follow up) visit.

Please note regarding female hormone labs: For women who are still having cycles, blood draws are coordinated with your cycle. For a fertility analysis, this is often cycle day 3 (the third day of your period). For hormone replacement and menstrual cycle issues, the timing is 7 days after ovulation or cycle day 19-21 if you are unsure. If you wish to have labs draw same-day in-office, you will need to schedule accordingly or schedule a separate appointment for labs after your visit. (Please message Midwife Alyssa if you have questions about timing).
