Please note that care must be performed at the time of visit. If you need to return for other testing, follow ups, blood draws, etc, it will be considered a separate (follow up) visit.

Please note regarding female hormone labs: For women who are still having cycles, blood draws are coordinated with your cycle. For a fertility analysis, this is often cycle day 3 (the third day of your period). For hormones replacement and menstrual cycle issues, the timing is cycle day 19-21. If you wish to have labs draw same-day in-office, you will need to schedule accordingly or schedule a separate appointment for labs after your visit. (Please message midwife Alyssa if you have questions about timing).

If you are on hormone replacement therapy, please hold progesterone the night before your Lab draw. Please hold estrogen and/or testosterone the morning of your Lab draw (if it is application day). You may take these after your labs that day.
